Open the pic you are going to put into another and the pic that you are going to put the person into.
select the person, use the lasso or the selection brush, the selected area should look like this
use the command ctrl c or simply copy it
switch over to the other pic and press ctrl v or paste it in
use the eraser to get rid of the unwanted edges
finally flatten it by going to layer->flatten image
