Okay, when your using a base or doll, or drawing a pixle, sometimes the hardness of it can be annoying. Go to filters-> noise-> despecle
It is amazing because it looks like it was more painted or airbrushed than if you were using the pencil!
And use ctrl F to repeat filters!!
